“You look at the American eagle and in the eagle’s talons it’s holding 2 things, and the first is an olive branch, the olive branch of peace, and the second is the arrows of war. The philosophy was to always extend to somebody the olive branch of peace, but always be prepared with the arrows of war. I really took that to heart where it was, don't make that judgment, until you know. Extend to everyone the olive branch of peace.” 23:43
