Your energy introduces you before your words ever do. It is the single, most important thing you can protect in your day because without your energy you can't show up for yourself, your Creator, or the people you love. If you don't define how you want your energy to be, the world will define it for you. It's time we pay a little more attention to how we are intentionally defining who we want to show up as in this world.
