Melās Mindful Moments S1-E36
I canāt tell you HOW to live, I can only give you advise.
As I became older the more I reflected on life.
One such reflection comes from a childrenās song, I believe from Sunday school.
Some of the lines go like thisā¦
āO be careful little eyes, what you seeā¦
and, āā¦O be careful little ears what you hearā¦ā
Iām not religious, but, they got this part right.
And believe it or not, those lines in the song are true, even as you become an adult.
We must be careful who we put in our inner circle, and what we feed on.
We still need to be careful what our eyes see and what our ears hear.
Because these gateways into our subconscious minds are always open for business.
We are affected by what we let into those gates.
Something as silly as a childrenās song, can sometimes teach us valuable lessons.
So donāt reject the sources of wisdom, regardless of how small or seemingly insignificant they may be. As my example, proves this point quite well.
Just make sure that whoever you align yourself with, is right for you.
Of course only you can answer that, but I think youāll know if something clicks or not.
Just make sure that these alignments are made as a conscious choice and not just blind acceptance, because of what someone said.
And with that, ā¦
ā¦I hope you always make good choices.
