A very difficult week for me mentally, preparing for Kynnidy’s birth/memorial and making sure the kids would handle it well. I found that I am protecting everyone and not myself and I am understanding the necessity of including myself in everything I give out, money advice protection etc. We also touch base on being able to express emotions as men. This one was a little touchy but I hope understanding is gained from my words.
