Noted environmental lawyers John Dernbach and Robert McKinstry Jr. recently sent a new petition to the state’s Environmental Quality Board (EQB) asking that they follow the PA Constitution and act so all can have clean water, clean air, healthy natural resources. This effort is particularly relevant with the climate crisis and our uncertain times.
