Lisa Ludwig is the president and lead instructor at She Trains You and the founder of Long Island Women's Firearm Club, Inc. She is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor, Rifle Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, Certified Range Master, Certified Glock Armorer, NYS Armed Guard, and Martial Artist. With over 2,000 licensed students under her belt, Lisa has earned a reputation as the go-to firearms instructor in New York State.

Formerly an accomplished engineer, Lisa discovered her true passion in the firearms training industry. Her engineering mindset and precision are the foundation of her unique teaching style, combining technical expertise with an engaging and approachable personality.

As a civilian herself, Lisa connects with her students on a personal level,
proving that expertise comes not from military or police backgrounds but from dedication, passion, and continuous learning.
