Tom is a California business attorney in his 17th year of practice. Tom was burnt out working at law firms, where he represented institutional clients and insurance companies, so he went solo in 2017. Tom only represents small business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them set up their businesses properly. Tom counsels businesses on corporate structure, contracts, risk management and intellectual property. Trademark law has become Tom's specialty, and he is building a course to enable people to file their own applications.
