Do you ever feel completely depleted of energy? Like you hit a wall and didn't see it coming? As a teacher there are so many things that require our attention and focus day in and day out, it's understandable why teachers feel so tired and fried by the end of the day. But how can we protect our energy more, so we don't always feel like this?
In this episode, I talk about ways we can identify our current energetic state and suggestions on how to make changes that are supportive instead of depleting. I suggest grabbing a pen and piece of paper for this one! It's a great one to journal with.
