Listen, we have gotten to the point where we protect our peace at all costs. There is no if, and, or but's about it. We have zero-tolerance for anyone or anything that disturbs our peace. In this episode, we will discuss what protecting your peace looks like, self-care, and setting boundaries in all of your relationships. Are you having a hard time letting go of something or someone that disturbs your peace? Lex and Bre discuss their own personal challenges and experiences that disturb their peace and the ways they are creating healthy boundaries in their lives. Both Lex and Bre are selfless and will do anything to help someone else but that doesn't always mean putting yourself last and others before you. As they are both continuing to grow they talk about how they are learning to say no, be unavailable when needed, and Bre talks about going into the New Year single and her intentions for her season.
