America bleeds as we struggle to find ways to express our frustrations. Varies cultures and ethnicities have come together in defense of the televised murder of George Floyd by asphyxiation. It’s a tragic death the unfolded before our eyes...across America and around the world. The mistreatment and injustice thrown upon blacks in America has brought Americans together in ways that no other event could. Is this the change that we’ve all been hoping for? Is this the beginning of an end to the injustice that flares in the black community? I can’t take much more of this pain. It hurts and it’s sickening. As of today, I’m taking a break from my Podcast and plan to return after 4th of July weekend. I need time to assist my community and make sure I’m there to support my own family mentally. Now is the time for us to take time and reflect. Just when we thought coronavirus was a threat...here comes the global threat of white privilege. The year 2020 has rattled our lives in less than 3 months but the fight is far from over. History repeats itself in many ways, but I promise we’ll make it through...we always do. We just have to see it through to the end and pray that justice is served. Stay strong
