Charles Albert Brown is an experienced movement judge having adjudicated marching bands and color guards all over the country. He is also a community activist having recently organized a peaceful 10,000 person march. Charles took time to talk about his family life, growing up in California, his experience marching with the 1988 World Champion Madison Scouts, diversity in the marching arts judging community and much more!
