In any business the main goal is to provide some sort of value to its customers and in the music industry, this is still proven to be true. But, that’s easy to figure out when you’re an artist. All you have to do is produce music that people like. However, when you’re behind the scenes, you provide value in a much different way and to a slightly different group of people.

So, on the show today we have Jon, who is the owner of Primal Productions, the curator of Endless Summer Nights, (which has gone onto throw 14 different events so far and counting) and who even has his own roster of artists that he manages, is here to explain that even though he started a production and management company in the middle of the Pandemic, one of the keys to his successes was figuring out how to always provide value and be at service to others that he works with.
