This presentation will 1) Present a concept on the financial viability starting a molecular diagnostics lab testing practice in terms most convincing to CFOs. 2) Determine what molecular tests should be considered based on internal and external factors and how to gain overall organizational support for doing them in-house. 3) Develop and track the information necessary to convince budget makers and key stake holders to expand molecular diagnostics testing over time.
