Michelle Minnikin isn’t very fond of people in balaclavas.

Perhaps that isn’t so surprising, given she grew up in Northern Ireland during the height of the troubles.

The psychologist, coach and author tells host Charlotte Nichols how, as a child, she had to check for a bomb underneath the family car using nothing but a mirror on a stick – even when she just popped to the shop.
