We had a lot of fun last season with our £2k Purchases episode that we decided to go again but be more generous to ourselves with the budget.

As always, we made life difficult for ourselves by restricting ourselves to some rather unusual categories. These are;

1. A pre 1960's design
2. A car to drive around Europe in
3. A car for London

To make life more difficult still, we had to satisfy these categories with ones of the following.

A. A 5 door car
B. A car with more than 4 cylinders
C. A convertible
