Today Erica and Sami dive into Part 1 of what do 911 operators do. They cover what the shifts look like at LECC (Loveland Emergency Communications Center) as well as what the call taker and fire/ems radio dispatcher does. You get to hear Sami speak in unknown accents as well as an awkward, but brief, disagreement between the two hosts until they come to a mutual understanding.
