✝️ This is a public service announcement: stop reading your Bible in any way not led by the Holy Spirit. In this reflection, I’m challenging the habits and assumptions we bring to God’s Word. Have you ever asked Him which Bible translation is best for you? Have you ever sought His guidance on where to begin reading? I’m sharing a personal testimony of how God led me to the book of Job—before I even knew I needed it—and how it became a lifeline through one of the darkest seasons of my life.
Today’s reflection invites you to ask:
• Are you seeking God’s direction on how to approach His Word?
• Are you relying on study Bibles and commentaries more than the voice of the Holy Spirit?
• How can you trust God’s wisdom and timing, especially when you don’t have all the answers?
📖 “Seek His will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” — Proverbs 3:6 (NLT)
📖 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5 (NLT)
📖 “The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is?” — Jeremiah 17:9 (NLT)
