Sunday PSA / Teaser: “When the Beam Cracked”

Step back to September 1620. The Mayflower has been at sea for weeks. The passengers are sick. Supplies are low. And during a violent North Atlantic storm, one of the main support beams cracks.

In that moment of fear and tension, William Brewster read Psalm 107:23–31, and the passengers chose gratitude—not because life was easy, but because God was with them in the storm.

Colossians 2:6–7 reminds us to be rooted, built up, and overflowing with gratitude, even before answers arrive.
