On this week's episode Stephen and Joe discuss Genesis 2, Psalm 1, and Proverbs 31, highlighting God’s intentional design of man and woman. It's good to be a man; it's good to be a woman. These Scriptures descibe the goodness and glories of manhood (Psalm 1), and womanhood (Proverbs 31). In Psam 1, men are steady, rooted, and fruitful like a tree planted by water—anchored in God’s Word, productive, and dependable—while women are portrayed in Proverbs 31 as strong, resourceful, and industrious, managing a household as an active enterprise with authority and wisdom. Both are called to fear the Lord, find identity in mutual interdependence, and live out their design as a calling to reflect the image of God and his mutifaceted glories.
