If you’re feeling exasperated today …Psalm 139 was written with you in mind.

The psalmist confirms that God is familiar with our secret thoughts.  He’s searched our hearts and knows us through and through.  He knows when we sit down and rise up.  He knows our thoughts from afar.

For the mom or dad whose emotions are taking a nose-dive over a troubled child… it’s comforting to know that God knows.

So… what’s going through your head today?  What family pressures are draggin’ you down?  Take a minute to read Psalm 139.  Remember, God knows.  And He cares.
