In Psalm 23 & 24, David attributes the Lord to be the Great Shepherd who cares for His sheep and prepares them for ministry as well as the Chief Shepherd who is returning for His sheep. Jesus cares for us and He is returning in all His glory. We are to worship Him wholeheartedly as we live the lives He has given in gratitude and to glorify Him. This is God's World and He created us and placed us in His perfect time and place on His earth. He is the King of Glory and He loves us beyond comprehension. He loves us so much, Jesus came to earth and died a crushing death so we could have the option to live eternally with Him. He cares about every detail of us and wants us to trust Him with it all. When we repent and turn to Jesus for life, we are children of the Most High, Living God and we can stand confidently firm in the victory of our Savior no matter what circumstances we are walking through. Our Great Chief Shepherd is with us and He is returning for His sheep.
