In Psalm 23 David takes us on a journey, telling us how he has experienced God's provision and protection in his life. Jesus describes himself as the Good Shepherd who will lay down His life for his sheep. Although, David wrote this psalm many years before Christ revealed himself, the promises of God remain relevant for the present day.
