This psalm could be divided into three distinct parts- vs. 1-2, 3-6, 7-10.

24:1-2 The LORD's dominion over all in heaven, earth, and sea

24:3-6 Who may ascend into God's holy place? 
One must have clean hands and a pure heart.
He must not lift up his soul to falsehood nor swear deceitfully

24:7-10 Who is this King of glory?
The LORD of hosts
