Life has a way of getting at us; making us anxious and causing us to fret.. While the Psalmist has seen all this too, he recognises that staying true to God, trusting Him, will make you stronger
Psalms express every experience of life, every emotion and situation human beings can face They point us to the God who made us and loves us.

And give glimpses of Jesus and the hope and life he offers us.
