The psalmist speaks from experience of how God helps, protect, and gives life to his people. And from this place of faith he speaks back to God of his struggles, and asks for healing and help. Jesus' promise to us is that he will always be close to our side.
Psalms express every experience of life, every emotion and situation human beings can face They point us to the God who made us and loves us.

And give glimpses of Jesus and the hope and life he offers us.
