PSALMS 74 -ARISE ELOHIM!
"Lift up Your feet to the perpetual ruins!" Psalm 74 is a desperate cry for the Father to remember His congregation and the Holy Mountain where He once dwelt, now defiled by the adversary.
About This Reading In this episode, we sit with Psalm 74 (Tehillim). This narration utilizes The Scriptures 2009translation. As a humble vessel, I seek to honor the set-apart Names of our Creator and His Messiah, speaking 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 (YAHUAH) and YAHUSHA as the Spirit gives utterance.
This Psalm asks the hard question: "Why have You cast us off forever?" It vividly describes the destruction of the carved work of the Temple and the absence of signs or prophets. Yet, in the middle of the desolation, the Psalmist remembers: "For Elohim is my King from of old, working deliverance in the midst of the earth." We aim to decrease so that the urgency of the intercession and the power of the Name 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄 may be the focus of your meditation.
Key Highlights:
Focus: The Destruction of the Sanctuary, The Remembrance of Ancient Wonders, and the Plea for the Covenant.
Translation: The Scriptures 2009 (ISR).
Narration: Pure Scripture, no commentary.
How to Use This Episode: Listen to this Psalm when you feel surrounded by those who mock the Truth or when the "sanctuaries" of your life feel broken. Use it to remind the Father of His Covenant and to call upon Him to arise and defend those who are poor and needy.
Excerpts from the scriptures.
