* David is a great example on how to be bossy with your soul.

* He says, “we WILL rejoice and be glad in it.”

* His spirit is telling his mind to think about how good God is, and is telling his will what it is going to do.

* When things get bad he WILL remind himself that God is in charge and there is joy and gladness to be found in Him.

* He’s making his mind up front that when his soul (mind, will, emotions) may be tempted to give in to fear and anxiousness or negativity he’s going to tell them to SHUT UP!

* We all need to learn to be bossy with our soul.
