* We all learned age-old prayers like “God is great, God is good…”

* These are good, but we need to mature past these prayers and pray “fresh and new” prayers to Him.

* If we don’t get past those old prayers then relationship turns to religion.

* Having a new song in your heart springs from your love for God.

* If there’s no newness then there’s no life.

* We need to integrate the old and the new in order to keep us balanced.
