* The secret to David’s power was the presence of God.

* The first three verses talked about David’s courage, then verse 4 gives the reason why.

* God’s presence gave david power!

* Are you in a situation now where you’re tempted to be afraid?

* Then get in God’s presence - ask Him to convict you of sin and then repent and rely on God’s protection for you.

* vs 6 - David envisioned victory before it ever came.

* He saw it in his mind first, then it manifested itself as he placed his faith in God.

* vs 14 - David encourages us to wait on God while He acts on our behalf against our enemies.

* You can be encouraged while you wait (vs 14) because you see victory in your mind (vs 6).
