* This verse is a command - “delight yourself in the Lord.”

* It’s something we DO.

* We can learn to delight in things.

* I used to delight in ice cream, but now dark chocolate.

* I had to starve myself of ice cream to do it.

* The same happened with TV vs the Bible.

* I starved myself of TV and now I delight more in the Bible.

* If you want to delight yourself in the Lord then starve yourself of anything that will keep you from Him.
