* This Psalm shows the beauty of gratitude toward God.

* It was written by the sons of a man who was swallowed up along with the rest of his family into the earth (Numbers 16).

* These sons of Korah didn’t grow up with a grudge, even though the story of their ancestor was a permanent part of Scripture.

* They learned to walk in the fear of the Lord and they grew in Him because of their gratitude toward Him.

* Power comes through pain. These people allowed their painful past to be the source of their power.

* They reframed it because of the thankful hearts toward God.
