In reading the psalms, we can con and God to take Stan for us and to notice when we stumble into temptation and mess up in our trials overwhelms, God is there to keep us from falling further because He is our defender. He does not allow him (devil)to destroy as beyond hope! That God is so involved in our lives, should encourage us to live for him.

When we mess up things and we will constantly because we’re living life, let’s do this do it right away, repent in this manner. (The other manner hasn’t worked if you be honest with yourself Year after Year saying the same thing over and over again is insanity) We can now say thank you God! I messed up! and stop the descent! . We can say thank God that I messed up and stop the descent!. Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?
