The book of Psalms expresses the full range of human emotions. It conveys sorrow, adoration, grief, hope, fear, dismay, love, lament, joy, loneliness, and worship. How should we deal with all these emotions? We study the Psalms as a way to express our experience and emotion. By doing so, we allow God to affirm, correct, and give perspective to our moment and emotions.
