This song by Cory Asbury tells a story common to many; a father who drank too much and loved too little. We all have our stories. I love songs that tell a story. I have found that sharing our stories with others in a safe confidential environment leads to healing; and when we, in safe, loving community, invite Jesus in to that story telling… thats fertile soil to heal and grow and find restoration.
