Last week we touched on a story about Cabinet having approved the publication of the draft National Implementation Framework towards the professionalization of the public service. They explained that this is in line with the commitment made by the sixth administration to create a capable, ethical and developmental public service. Some of you who sent in your voice notes on the issue disagreed with this feeling that the problem was deeper than professionalization.
