Always remember you are ENOUGH and you don't owe an explanation to anyone when it comes to your mental health and well being. Protect you, protect your family and don't let someone mind f@ck you friends. <3

"I haven't showered in 3 days!" 

NO. We need to stop the stigma that self care is selfish and that everyone else is a priority. It's okay to shower FIRST and have a coffee BEFORE you do that list of things... because being in your best place is what is BEST for getting your shit done without being in a bad mood and overwhelmed. Seriously, completing your to do's is EASIER if your mind is in the best place. 
Let's discuss how I can balance all the things and still not do ANYTHING on the weekends and evenings and keep my cool. I'd like to invite you into  my world for a day... don't worry the water is warm.
