This episode NOT about your dieta before Ceremony. This IS about how to make sure you're in a safe situation when doing Psychedelic medicine. Questions to ask, things to look for and keep in mind. Even if all things check out initially, if you get to a medicine ceremony and your gut is SCREEAAMMING at you to leave, you might wanna listen to that gut scream, better safe than sorry. Another thing as a safety measure, make positive that someone on the planet, outside of said ceremony, knows where you are at and has a number for where you are at, not your cell number, an actual land line telephone number. give that person a projected ETA for the beginning of the ceremony and also when you are expected  back at your permanent residence. That way should you fall off the planet, someone is aware.
