I was told very clearly on a mushroom trip that the shame I had been holding around a secret diagnosis was hurting me in ways I didn't understand. I knew it to be true but the fear of rejection I had around it ran so deep. It is through my psychedelic experience that I have begun to love myself in ways I never knew possible for myself. This episode is part of that love. It's deeply personal and my hope is it brings much light to those who need it.
