In this episode, John takes to task a reader who wrote a letter to the editor of the Valley Breeze (Rhode Island). The reader contends that John is out of step with medicine. John explains that he is not, in fact, out of step with legitimate medicine, rather psychiatric medicine, which he does not feel is legitimate.
