Michael has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, 15 years of improv experience and over eight years of group facilitation experience, beginning with leadings groups at substance abuse and mental health facilities. He currently works as a consultant running workshops for corporations, nonprofits and schools on topics around culture, innovation, and leadership.
