Trauma comes in all sizes, shapes and forms. A psychological trauma could stem from something (big or small) react differently from certain triggers. Jaime-Lee Fraser joins us today to tell her personal testimony of a bombing attack she survived at the age of 22. Jaime-Lee is a business growth expert and a master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She tells us the story of the bomb attack that she was involved in and how she dealt with the trauma that followed. Then we talk about what other types of scenarios can create psychological trauma. We will all experience hardships in our lifetimes, and if you are dealing with a trauma you should listen to this episode to hear some ways to move forward and cope.

Von Eaglin talks today all about procrastination. We all are guilty of procrastination, and today we are debunking why people do this. Procrastination can cause more anxiety and stress than the actual task at hand would. So why do we do this to ourselves? Apparently, our emotions have a lot to do with this. When we think about all the things we have to do it creates stress. And then we manifest that into thinking the thing or list of things is going to be terrible to do.
