Small Groups on a Mission: One system does not fit all! Through many years of teaching and practicing Small Group Ministries, I have found that there are three basic types of groups used in churches with small groups. TRIADS
These groups have two-five members each. They are gender base and are incredible in Spiritual Growth, Accountability, and Evangelism. They are the most flexible of all groups.
