Especially, when managing in a cross-cultural setting you may be faced with many challenges. How do you avoid pitfalls and cultural faux pas? How can you create opportunities to build relationships and understanding with people who are different?

The participants of this workshop will be challenged to identify their own biases, learn to adapt their personal leadership styles in order to increase their sensitivity towards others, and build bridges of communication with those in need who live in their communities.
