In this episode I hit record while on the road (and highly caffeinated so bare with the the speed of my talking). On this roadtrip I was reflecting on where I was this time last year and wanted to share how we all should be celebrating our progress. I feel like we don’t set aside a conversation within ourselves to look back and reflect on all our growth. To be able to soak in the pride and congratulate ourselves for real! So that is exactly what I am preaching today. As well as briefly opening up about my 2022 resolution that will later inspire pt2.
