At IBC2025, Silke Brown from PTZOptics, talks about the launch of the new Studio Series cameras, available as the Studio SE (1080p) and the Studio 4K. Designed as sleek, all-in-one solutions, these cameras include a tally light, beamforming microphone, and time-of-flight sensor for professional conferencing effects such as background blur. With versatile mounting options and outputs including USB, HDMI, SDI, Power over Ethernet, and NDI® out of the box, the Studio Series is ideal for podcasting, radio shows, sports coverage, and flexible studio setups.

Silke also demonstrates the brand-new Super Zoom feature, which allows a 12x optical zoom 4K camera to double to a 24x zoom when outputting in 1080p. Alongside this comes EPTZ functionality, enabling users to drive a fixed camera as though it were a PTZ by reframing within the 4K image.
