Public and Permanent is not on the mind of most teenage cell phone users. A recent Pew Study indicates that most young people have migrated to messaging apps that self destruct, such as snapchat and Kik. Teens are under the belief that once their messages are deleted no one can ever access them again. Unfortunately, many young people have found out the hard way through sexstortion attempts that whatever is posted on line is public and permanent.
