What is your plan to develop professionally? Whether you work for someone else or own your own business, this is a question worth pondering. For teachers, we kind of find ourselves at a fork in the road. We have the mandatory trainings, known in the education world as "Professional Development", and we have to constantly compare that training to the real world situations that we find in our daily grind. If it doesn't apply, or make good sense, we have to go a different route. This podcast will explore the idea that "PD", can sometimes be a tool for professional development, or it can be that which leads us into professional destruction.
