Public health report highlights youth prevention, service access, and loss of federal funding

Box Elder County saw growth in maternal outreach, youth prevention work, and public health access in 2024, but a major reduction in federal funding could strain future services, according to the Bear River Health Department’s annual report presented May 14 to the County Commission.
