You could think it was royalty getting married, but no, it was my son and my now daughter-in-law. The student movement played a big part in their wedding as they met on a student get together. She was in a German group where they also had female students on a student get together in Switzerland and my son was in his swiss group and so yes, they met and eventually got married. I just love this wedding photo where the Swiss students on the left and the German students on the right were there. They had the civil wedding in Switzerland in our town and this was the church wedding in Germany.
