From accidentally booking the hotel room to getting locked inside a historic military fort just two hours before their flight, things did not go as planned. They tried local foods like mofongo, went kayaking in a glowing bioluminescent bay, and squeezed in one last ocean swim, just before their flight was delayed (ten times).
